Independent case study: peer assessment

Name of student whose blog you are assessing:
Hitik - http://hitikexam.blogspot.co.uk/2017/04/independent-case-study.html

Name of film they have researched:

The Inbetweeners

Have they covered all three platforms?

Broadcast, E-media and Print have all been covered but E-media was lacking in any example but this may have been due to the film not utilising the platform as much.

Examples they provide from print:

What similarities can you find between this case study and Ill Manors?

-Also both Ill Manors and The Inbetweeners already had an established fan-base.

What differences can you find between this case study and Ill Manors?
-'We see a very idealistic view of Britain as there is no sense of poverty or misery, this is contradicted with Ill Manors' gritty, urban depiction of poverty and drugs.'
-Both films had a different budget.

Does this film have any similarities or differences with A Field In England?
-Both films had a different budget.

Is there anything you can learn from this case study?

I have learnt to consider a larger variety of factors.
What could you add to your own case study after today’s work?

I could add more about the fan bases in my similarities and differences.
